Mark 10:46-52

“See clearly.”

“Suddenly a light from heaven”

The test of our hearts is found in our obedience.

YOU DON’T HAVE TO UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING TO BELIEVE IN SOMETHING.

What we call setbacks are setups for God to be glorified.

I must practice the disciplines that I know to be correct.

“All I know is I once was blind, but now I see.”

But nevertheless your troubles and stress are certainly not trivial.

It’s OK to not be OK.

#1. Do Not Wait For Perfect Conditions

If you and I wait for “perfect conditions” before we cry out to Jesus, then it’s never going to happen.

That’s a trick of the enemy.

#2. Focus On What You Do Have

Because we are so fixated on what we do not have.

We become attached to, If I had.....

Which was excellent hearing and a thundering voice.

He focused on what he did have!

Please let me remind you of what you do have.

He will give you everything you need for living.

#3. Do Not Become Discouraged By The Opinion Of Others.

Many rebuked him and told him to be quiet.

We will most likely have to “overcome” what he calls “faith suckers”

Surely he must have felt overlooked and alone.

#4. Jesus Will Always Hear The Cry Of The Desperate!!

Jesus actually heard him.

Jesus will always hear the cry of the desperate.

“Problems always get our attention, and the more painful they are, the more we pay attention.”

Your problems also gets God’s attention!!

You’ve kept track of my every toss and turn through the sleepless nights, Each tear entered in your ledger, each ache written in your book.

It’s time for many of you to “wholeheartedly” follow Jesus.
