2 Timothy 1:7
Overcoming the giant of fear.
Daniel 5:6 "Then the king's countenance was changed and his thoughts troubled him and the joints of his loin were loosed and his knees smote one against the other."
What you must do is decide to overcome it.
"This is not a test; put your face in the pillow in your lap."
"Oops! Sorry! We pushed the wrong button!
Hopefully, we didn't alarm anyone."
Constructive fear.
Matthew 10:28 "Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell."
"We ought to live with one eye on eternity."
"True success is winding up in Heaven."
Destructive fear.
2 Timothy 1:7  For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
What are you afraid of?
It's a joint effort between you and God to put that fear behind you.
